These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Connectable website (connectablewp.com), the Connectable WordPress plugin ("Plugin"), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by WikiFleeks Media, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The free version of the Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). You may use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with that license.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the paid version of the Plugin subject to these Terms and the activation limits of your tier:
You may not:
All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service. LemonSqueezy handles sales tax collection and remittance on our behalf.
Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
Pro and Agency tiers are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through LemonSqueezy. Upon cancellation:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, contact us at support@connectablewp.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.
Refunds requested after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The paid Plugin includes a 72-hour free trial that begins upon first activation. During the trial, all Pro-tier features are available including auto-fix, AI remediation, regression monitoring, and compliance reports. After the trial expires, a valid license key is required to continue using paid features. Trial availability is tracked server-side and cannot be reset by reinstalling the Plugin.
Pro and Agency licenses include updates for the duration of the active subscription. We deliver updates through our self-hosted update server. We reserve the right to discontinue the Plugin or any features at any time, with reasonable notice.
Support is provided via email at support@connectablewp.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Pro and Agency customers receive priority support. Support covers Plugin-related issues only — we do not provide general WordPress development, accessibility consulting, or server administration support.
The Plugin stores all scan results, accessibility fixes, compliance reports, and monitoring data in your own WordPress database on your own server. No scan or compliance data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
When AI remediation features are used, the Plugin sends page content excerpts to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and do not retain data for training. No data is sent to AI providers without you explicitly triggering the remediation feature.
The Plugin contacts our server (connectablewp.com) for the following purposes:
During these requests, we receive your site URL, license key, and the Plugin version. We do not collect personal data, analytics, or usage statistics through the Plugin.
When you purchase a license or create an account on connectablewp.com, we collect your email address for license management and communication. Email addresses collected through the free plugin download are used to send the download link and occasional product updates. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Our website uses session cookies for account authentication (magic link login). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising cookies.
The Plugin, website, documentation, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of WikiFleeks Media, LLC. The free version of the Plugin is distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. Paid features, the licensing system, and the connectablewp.com website are proprietary.
"Connectable" is a trademark of WikiFleeks Media, LLC. You may not use our trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent, except as permitted by the Agency tier's white-label feature.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress theme, plugin, or hosting environment. We do not guarantee full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance or any specific legal outcome from using the Plugin. The Plugin is a tool to assist with accessibility — it does not constitute legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WikiFleeks Media, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WikiFleeks Media, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your license and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and paid Plugin features will cease to function. Termination does not affect data already stored in your WordPress database or fixes already applied to your site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active license holders or posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
