This Privacy Policy describes how WikiFleeks Media, LLC ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Connectable website (connectablewp.com) and the Connectable WordPress plugin ("Plugin").

1. Information We Collect

1.3 AI Remediation

When you use the AI remediation feature, page content excerpts (such as HTML elements with accessibility issues) are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing. These requests are made directly from your server. The AI providers process this data according to their own privacy policies and do not retain it for training purposes.

1.4 What the Plugin Does NOT Collect

• Scan results, compliance scores, or issue reports — stored only in your WordPress database
• Applied fixes or remediation history
• Compliance report content
• Page content (except excerpts sent to AI providers when you explicitly use AI remediation)
• Server configuration or hosting details
• Any data from your site visitors

All scan and compliance data stays on your server. We never see, access, or store it.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Email address: License delivery, account access, product updates, and occasional marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Site URL: License activation enforcement (ensuring the correct number of sites per tier) and trial tracking.
• License key: Validating your license status and tier.
• Plugin version: Serving the correct update information.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 LemonSqueezy

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as our merchant of record. They collect payment information, process transactions, and handle sales tax. See their Privacy Policy.

3.2 SiteGround

Our website is hosted on SiteGround. Server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) are maintained by SiteGround per their standard hosting practices. See their Privacy Policy.

3.3 AI Providers (Pro and Agency tiers)

AI remediation uses Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs. Page content excerpts are sent to these providers only when you explicitly trigger AI remediation. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

3.4 No Other Third Parties

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any other third-party tracking, analytics, or data collection services on our website or in our Plugin.

4. Data Storage & Security

• License and email data is stored in a MySQL database on our SiteGround-hosted server.
• All connections to our API are over HTTPS (TLS encrypted).
• License API responses are HMAC-signed to prevent tampering.
• Passwords are not stored — account access uses time-limited magic links sent to your email.
• We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials.

5. Data Retention

• License data: Retained for the lifetime of your license. Revoked or expired licenses are kept for record-keeping but can be deleted upon request.
• Email leads (free downloads): Retained until you request removal.
• Magic link tokens: Expire after 15 minutes and are marked as used. Old tokens are not actively purged but are non-functional.
• Trial records: Retained to prevent trial abuse (resetting trials by reinstalling).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — email support@connectablewp.com and we will provide all data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data — contact us with the correction.
• Delete your data — we will remove your email, license records, and any other personal data upon request. Note: this will deactivate your license.
• Export your data — we will provide your data in a machine-readable format upon request.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

8. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active license holders or posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
